Workplace Evangelism
At Rock Bridge Ministries, we believe that the workplace is not only a place of professional growth but also an opportunity for spiritual transformation. Through our Workplace Development initiative, we are reaching out to both formal and informal businesses, sharing the message of hope and empowerment through the Gospel. We actively engage with businesses in various sectors, including small enterprises and large companies, helping them incorporate Christian values into their work culture. By fostering environments of integrity, compassion, and service, we aim to create workplaces that are not just profitable but also spiritually enriching. Currently, we have partnered with 26 companies and reached over 200 households with the Gospel message, offering support through prayer, counseling, and spiritual mentorship. This outreach extends to both employers and employees, equipping them with the tools to thrive in their personal and professional lives. Through these efforts, we are not just transforming workplaces; we are also building communities where faith, work, and life intersect. Our goal is to continue expanding our reach, touching more lives, and creating a legacy of both economic and spiritual growth.

Education & Scholarships
R.O.C.K Bridge Ministries opens pathways to education through scholarships, mentorship, and placement support. The scholarship program helps students from needy backgrounds transition to higher education, colleges, universities, and TVETs.

Holiday Homes Project
The holiday homes are a blend of Airbnb-style accommodations and hotel services, and they are still under construction. The idea is to create a sustainable revenue stream that will support our ongoing projects, including sponsoring school fees for children in need. By offering a high-quality experience to both local visitors and tourists from around the world, we aim to raise funds that will directly contribute to the education of children, particularly those from Tuamini Children’s Home and the surrounding community. In addition to generating funding for education, the holiday homes will provide employment opportunities for local drivers who operate the water trucks, further contributing to the local economy. This initiative is designed to be both a source of financial sustainability and a means of giving back to the community, ensuring that our clean water delivery and educational programs continue to thrive.

Clean Water Initiative
Established in 2007, the Clean Water Initiative started with drilling a borehole to provide clean, accessible water. Donations funded the purchase of the first water truck (2015), which supplies community water and supports construction projects by transporting water. Two more water boozers were acquired in memory of Reverend Dr. Lane to increase impact. Donations help fund additional water trucks and drilling rigs to expand reach.

Lish AI Labs
Lish AI Labs is a digital skills training and job aggregator firm in Nakuru committed to training youth in AI and Machine Learning and placing them in digital jobs. In two years the lab reports training and placement of thousands of young adults and operates tasking centers across shifts. The 2nd Lab will expand capacity and create more online job opportunities.

Upendo Academy
Upendo Academy serves children in Kaptembwa Estate who otherwise would not attend school due to school fee barriers. Sponsorships provide uniforms and at least one nutritious meal daily, enabling access to education.
